Where you left off, what counts as finished, and what your organization can see.
You don't mark anything complete yourself. Vidext tracks where you are as you go.
Picking up where you stopped
Leave a module at any point — close the tab, run out of time — and your position is kept: the scene you were on, and how far into its narration you'd got.
Resume learning takes you straight back there. It's on your learning home, and on each course's module panel.
Opening a specific scene deliberately still works, and doesn't lose your saved position.
What the statuses mean
In a course's module panel, each module reads as one of:

| 7% · Resume learning | Started — the number is how far through you are |
| Completed | You reached the end |
At the top of your learning home, Your learning overview counts this up across everything: assigned and completed, with a bar showing the same thing.
A course counts as completed when every one of its modules does.
What gets measured
Vidext records more than "opened it":
- Time spent in the module
- Scene completion — which scenes you actually got through
- Quiz performance — which question, which option, right or wrong, which attempt
This is what lets your organization see whether the training worked, rather than just who clicked through it.
What isn't recorded
Free text you type into a quiz interaction is never stored. Your conversations with the assistants are kept so you can return to them — see Asking questions.
Who sees it
Admins and creators in your organization can see how their training is performing, including your progress through what they assigned you. If you want to know exactly what your organization keeps and for how long, that's their policy to answer, not something you set here.
