Vidext is an agent-driven training production platform for companies with large frontline workforces. It turns the knowledge your company already has into short, interactive courses that your people take and you can measure. This page explains how that works in five steps and where to go next.

Vidext's agents are AI agents that research your material, plan the course with you, write each module and build it. You talk to them in the chat, and you approve each decision that matters.

1. Bring what your company already knows. Attach documents, slide decks, videos, or a YouTube link, and say what people need to learn.
2. Agree the course. In the chat, the agents ask you a few questions, then propose a course brief — a short summary of who the course is for, what they will learn, and how long it takes — and a structure of modules. You approve both, or ask for changes.
3. Let the agents build it. For each module, the agents write its script — the words and screens of the module — and build it into a module: one short interactive video lesson, with narrated screens, sometimes a presenter, and questions that check understanding. You watch each module and adjust it in the studio.
4. Publish it to the right people. A module is Built once its build finishes and any presenter video in it has rendered: ready for its course, but shown to no one. When the course is ready, you choose Publish course and it goes to the teams that should take it. Nothing reaches learners before you publish.
5. Follow the learning. Learners take the course on their learning home. You follow their progress and certificates.

• Your material comes first. Each part of a script names the source it draws on, and a review checks every script against the course, the module's plan, your request, and your sources. What only your organization knows is asked for, never invented.
• The agents design, not just convert. They start from what learners must be able to explain, identify, or choose, and propose the fewest modules that get them there.
• People stay in charge. The agents build modules but never publish them. Learners see a course only after someone publishes it, and a change reaches them only when someone publishes an update.
• It reaches people where they are. Members of a course's teams are enrolled when it is published, or you can launch it inside your own LMS.
