Connectors
Connect Google Drive, Microsoft Teams or Notion to your Vidext account, and what that does today.
The Connectors page in settings lets you connect your own Google Drive, Microsoft Teams or Notion account to Vidext. This page explains how to connect, check and disconnect a service, and what a connection does today.
Not used when you build yet
Vidext's agents — the AI agents that build your courses in the chat — do not read connected services yet, even though the page describes what a connection would let them do. To build from a file in Drive or Notion, download it and attach it in the chat.
Where to find it
Open Settings → Connectors, or choose Connectors in your account menu. Tools, in the sidebar, also lists your connectors with how each one stands: Connect or Reconnect there starts the service's sign-in straight away, and Manage opens this page. The page lists the available services by category (Files and storage, Docs and knowledge, Communication). Use Search connectors to find one, or All and Connected to filter the list. Admins and members can connect services.
What each connection allows
Before you connect, the dialog lists what the connection allows:

Connect
- Select Connect next to the service.
- Review what it allows, then select the continue button, for example Continue to Notion.
- Sign in with the service and approve access, then come back to Vidext.
A connection is personal: it uses your account with that service, in this organization only, and other members cannot use it. Credentials are stored encrypted.
Check and reconnect
Select Manage on a connected service to see the account, what it allows, when it was connected and its health. Check asks the service for a test read. A connection shows one of these states: Healthy, Needs attention, Not checked or Reconnect required. When a sign-in expires or access is missing, the service shows Reconnect on its row: select it and sign in again.
Disconnect
Select Manage, then Revoke access, and confirm with Revoke. You can reconnect later. You can also remove Vidext's access from the service's own account settings.
