Set up your organization
From first sign-in to a workspace your whole company can use.
Your organization is the workspace everything lives in: people, teams, content, knowledge, and settings. Setup is light — most of it happens automatically on first sign-in.

Creating the organization
Sign in with your work email and Vidext creates your organization from it — named after your company domain, with you as admin. (Personal email addresses get a personal workspace instead.) Creation is idempotent: if your organization already exists, you are routed to join it rather than creating a duplicate.
Behind the scenes, Vidext provisions the organization's knowledge infrastructure and starts brand extraction from your company website, so your first builds are on-brand.
A sensible first-hour checklist
Bring in your people
Invite members — individually, in bulk, or by enabling domain join once your domain is verified.
Create your first teams
Model them around audiences ("New hires", "Sales") — see Teams and assignment.
Check your branding
Confirm the extracted brand profile looks right; re-run extraction if your site just changed.
Build something real
Run the Quickstart with one genuine document. The fastest way to understand Vidext is one real module.
Organization settings at a glance
From settings, admins manage: general details (name, logo, color), members (current / pending / requests), connectors, and the MCP connection surface for AI assistants.
Limits
Organizations carry plan-based limits (teams, modules, members per team, and similar). See Billing and plans.
